By creating a Hey ScanME account you agree to the following. A full legal version is being prepared and will replace this page before public launch.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use Hey ScanME to sell illegal goods or services.
• Don’t spam, phish, or impersonate other businesses.
• Don’t reverse-engineer or scrape the service.

Plans & billing

• Free plan: 1 store, up to 20 products. No card required.
• Pro plan: $10/mo monthly or $99/yr annual. Cancel anytime — access continues to the end of the billing period.
• Refunds: pro-rated refund within 14 days of first payment.

Your content

You own everything you upload to Hey ScanME. You grant us a license to host and display it as part of operating the service.

Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but provide the service “as is” without warranty during this early phase.
